2015 DBA Conference Offers “Passport to the Future”

DBA 2015 logoThe 18th Annual Conference, held Feb. 3-5 in Las Vegas, delivered on the theme “Passport to the Future.” Conference sessions and each meeting I had with potential new clients and existing National List members all had the same underlying emphasis—The Future.

I have been with NL for over 14 years, but the conference experience is relatively new to me. DBA was a great experience for me, where I could both spread my wings and hit the ground running. This year’s conference brought together all the players in the industry—over 1,200 attendees and over 130 exhibit booths. It provided many networking opportunities. Key participants in the debt buying industry, including many of the major creditors and international members, were there. It was also a great setting to learn about the latest industry trends.

The beautiful Aria Casino & Resort created a relaxed atmosphere to meet clients, members and new friends. My “dance card” was very full. It was great to meet members and clients face to face who I had previously only talked to on the phone. I also was able to bring back some great feedback, and I look forward to getting to work on incorporating it into what The National List will be doing in the future.

The National List has committed to both our clients and our members that we will continue to look towards the future in placements and growth, while maintaining the high level of service we are known for. If I didn’t get to meet with you at DBA 2015, I hope we can get together at a future conference. Until then, I or one of our other NL staff members would love to talk with you on the phone!
