Updated Online Summary of Collection Laws

The National List of Attorneys is pleased to offer an updated complimentary copy of its Summary of Collection Laws. The Summary of Collection Laws is a state-by-state compilation of debt collection laws. (Updated 7/1/2014) The Summary of Collection Laws is a PDF file you may download. It is located under Legal Resources on our website. The Summary of Collection Laws is an ‘outline’ of laws, and it is not reflective of comprehensive statutes, nor is it intended as legal advice. Changes can and do occur after publication.

If you are already a registered website user, logged in and have clicked on “Remember Me,” you can go directly to http://www.nationallist.com/legal_resources/summary_collection_laws/. The login and password are the same ones you use for the NL website. Forgot to pre-order a printed copy of The National List 2014-15 Directory?
